Order Processing & Production (Made-to-Order)

At Anastasi Fashion, we are committed to quality and sustainable production. Most of our garments are Made-to-Order or involve custom sourcing.

• Standard Processing:
  For items currently in production or requiring material sourcing, please allow 10 to 30 business days (approximately 2–6 weeks) for your garment to be crafted and prepared for shipment.
• Ready-to-Ship:
  If an item is in stock and requires no alterations, it will be processed within 3–5 business days.
• Communication:
  We will send you a confirmation email with a specific estimated production timeline within 2 business days of your order being placed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Once your garment has completed the production phase, we offer the following shipping speeds:

• Standard Shipping:
  3–7 business days. (Cost calculated at checkout based on garment weight).
• Priority Shipping:
  2–3 business days. (Best for time-sensitive orders once production is complete).
• International Shipping:
  Timelines vary based on local customs processing. While we cannot provide exact dates for international delivery, we provide full tracking and support throughout the journey.

Holiday & High Demand Periods

During launch phases or holiday seasons, production times may extend. We pride ourselves on transparency and will update our site banners and your order status immediately if delays are expected.
